Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experience professionals for the following position(s):-

Assistant Workshop Supervisor

Max Age - 40 Years

Job Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Middle/Matric

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a workshop environment, with at least 1 year experience in supervisory roles.

Retired Army NCO from Corp of EME are encouraged to apply.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance procedures. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience in managing inventory within a workshop. 

Responsibilities

Assist Workshop Supervisor in planning, scheduling and overseeing daily workshop activities. Ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and services.

Monitor workshop staff, providing feedback, guidance and support.

Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections, diagnosing issues and determining necessary repairs. Support inventory management, ensuring parts, tools and equipment are available and well-maintained.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, supporting the workshop's documentation and reporting requirements.

Step-in to supervise, in the Workshop Supervisor's absence, managing daily tasks and team performance.

5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.

Selected candidate will undergo a 6x month probation period (extendable if required).

Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of Submission of application.

No TA/DA will be admissible.

Attested degrees from relevant regulatory body must be provided at the time of interview.
