Deputy Director -Engineering Services
Age Limit: 44 years
Bachelors (16 Years) in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent in a related field
Masters' degree will be preferred
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
Experience:
Preferably 8 years post-graduation relevant experience in a well reputed organization. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and scheduling tools.
PEC registration is mandatory.
Responsibilities, Skills and Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
Lead end-to-end execution of new construction projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards.
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and risk analysis for proposed projects.
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and cost control measures to ensure efficiency in execution.
Lead the design and engineering process for civil infrastructure projects, including site layout, structural design, and utility planning.
Manage all aspects of construction activities, including bidding. contracting, and procurement of materials and services. Establish QA/QC procedures and protocols to monitor and evaluate construction quality and adherence to industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and liabilities.
Oversee repair, maintenance and upgradation of existing infrastructure.
Assistant Director- Sub Engineer Civil & Electric
Age Limit: 37 years
Bachelors (16 Years) in Civil/Structural equivalent in a Engineering or related field

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:
Oversee and manage civil and electrical infrastructure projects, including new constructions, upgrades, and renovations.
Lead a team of technicians, maintenance workers, and contractors, providing guidance, technical support in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, and schedules for infrastructure and facility upgrades, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
Coordinate repair activities in response to work orders, equipment failures, or emergency maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repair and maintenance activities, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization of resources.
Senior Executive
Age Limit: 30 years
Qualification:
DAE in Civil / Electrical
Graduation (14 Years) will be preferred
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
Experience:
Preferably 2 years post-graduation relevant experience in a well reputed organization.
