Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) requires the services of a qualified individual to fill the following post on a contract basis where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:

Director Communication and Navigational Surveillance 
Pay Scale: EG-09
No of Positions: 01 (Merit)
Contract: 03 Years (extendable)
Age: 57 Years Max
Salary Package:  Lump Sum Package: Rs. 589,254 per month with 05% annual increment (Negotiable)
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering/Avionics/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Engineering from a Recognized University. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), where applicable.

Experience: 
Minimum twenty (20) years of post-qualification experience in maintenance, planning, development and execution of projects related to communication, navigation, surveillance (CNS) systems for provision of Air Navigation Services; with minimum eight (08) years at senior management level.
Experience in procurement, installation, maintenance and operations of Radar/NAVAIDS/Instrumental Landing Systems shall be given preference. Experience in formulation of policies, developing strategies/procedures and implementation.

Desired Skills:

Strong analytical, creative and management abilities.
Proven track record of management roles in the aviation industry, demonstrating successful delivery and leadership capabilities.
Well versed with local and international engineering standards, contract operation & management.
Conversant with Project Management Tools and Techniques as well as documented maintenance management systems practices.
Should have knowledge of the aviation industry and its safety and compliance requirements.
Strong administrative and professional skills such as decision-making, organizing and planning.
Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
