Public Private Partnership Authority ("P3A") is an autonomous statutory body established under the Public Private Partnership Act, 2017, as amended (the "P3A Act"). P3A has been established to create an enabling environment for the private sector to participate in the development of public infrastructure projects and related services in Pakistan.

P3A is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals who are willing to work in highly challenging roles as part of our team. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Deputy Head Policy. Planning & Research (L2)

Age Limit: 60 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in Public Policy. Law, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in dealing with regulatory and policy issues (including legal/regulatory compliance), preferably in a multilateral, multinational, or public sector organization. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of relevant policies, laws, regulations, and procedures, with expertise in handling legal, regulatory and policy frameworks. Should have strong understanding of PPPS, both policy and transactions aspects (including relating to planning and research). The age of the candidate shall not exceed 60 years as of the date of this advertisement. 


Director Legal (L2)

Age Limit: 60 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in Law. A strong academic background (and/or post-graduate qualifications) in corporate law, regulatory affairs, or legal compliance will be preferred.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in legislative drafting, legal advisory, contract management, regulatory compliance, preferably in a multilateral, multinational, reputable legal advisory firms, or public sector organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling legal frameworks, drafting and vetting contracts, and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The age of the candidate shall not exceed 60 years as of the date of this advertisement. 

Associate Director Project Review (L3)

Age Limit: 55 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering. or a related field, and/or specialized relevant qualification such as ACMA/ACCA/CA/CPA/ CFA. 

A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in fields as public private partnerships, corporate finance, investment advisory, management consulting, portfolio management, project finance: preferably in a multilateral, multinational, or public sector organization. The age of the candidate shall not exceed 55 years as of the date of this advertisement.

Associate Director Advisory (L3)

Age Limit: 55 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering), major specialized qualifications such as ACMA/ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA from an HEC recognized reputable academic institute.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, or related fields. Experience working with multilateral organizations, investment banks, or public sector entities is highly desirable. The age of the candidate shall not exceed 55 years as of the date of this advertisement.

Manager Procurement (L3)

Age Limit: 55 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution (equivalent to at least sixteen (16) years of education) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field. 

A minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in managing procurement processes, contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance with public procurement regulations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in strategic procurement planning. tendering, and supply chain optimization, preferably in a multilateral, multinational, or public sector organization.

The age of the candidate shall not exceed 55 years as of the date of this advertisement. 

Senior Office Administrator

Age Limit: 50 Years 

Qualification & Experience:

At least a BA/Associate degree (14 years of education) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications.

The age of the candidate shall not exceed 50 years as of the date of this advertisement.
