Note:
Interested candidates, who fulfill the required criteria, may submit application forms (available on the University website, www.uetmardan.edu.pk), along with attested photocopies of educational testimonials (ie., Degrees Certificates, Transcripts DMCs), Experience Certificates, copy of CNIC, copy of PEC Certificate (required for all positions except Lecturer, Computer Science), distinction certificate (if any) & research publications in HEC recognized journals (if any), one recent photograph and original fee deposit receipt as mentioned below in the office of Registrar, UET Mardan within 15 days of the date of advertisement. Additionally, applicants for Serial No. 1 are required to submit 04 copies of research articles they have published in HEC Recognized Joumals, certificate of evaluation as university teacher, completion certificate as Principal Investigator from project awarding authority of research project (if any) and certificate of National Civil Award (if any).
Those who have previously applied for the post at S. No. I need to apply again.
Applications duly filled in all respect along with application processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- for S. No.01, Rs. 7,000/- for S. No.02 and Rs. 5,000/- for S.No.03, must be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber, (throughout Pakistan) in the University Account titled "Miscellaneous Fund UETM" Branch Code 0179, Account No.003001354859, IBAN No.PK98 KHYB 0179 0030 0135 4859.
Only those qualifications, experiences and publications etc. will be considered, if documentary proof is attached up to the last date of submission of application forms.
Contact number, Postal and Email address must be written clearly on application form. Any change in contact detail must be reported immediately to the Registrar office. The nomenclature of the post applied for must be written on the bottom of right comer of the envelop.
In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must also submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned departments/organizations along with the application foms.
Original documents along with CNIC and domicile must be produced at the time of test interview. 8.The candidates applying for more than one post are required to submit separate application form along-with original bank receipt for each post.
In-case any educational document or any other document provided by the applicant is for incorrect fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
The engagement will be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the letter of appointment.
The University reserves the right to cancel, increase, decrease, or not to fill any of the advertised position(s) without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be given for attending the test/interview.
