Qualification/Pre-Requisites:
PhD/ M.Phil/ M.S. in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (Preferably) or any other subject, from HEC recognized institute with 1/2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree B.Ed./M.Ed.(Preferably)
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of administrative experience, with renowned Matric/Inter School or colleges, over 800 students
Terms & Conditions:
1. Those posts will be non-transferable. The recruitment shall be on contract basis and shall remain as such.
2. On completion of six (06) months of observation period CEO may grant contract for three years, extendable on an annual basis.
3. The salary package will be in six figures, attractive and competitive to market standards, based upon qualification/experience and performance during the recruitment process.
4. The principal either resigned or did not join the post after final approval are ineligible for this post. 5. No TA/DA shall be given for Test/Demo/Interview.
6. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for Test/Demo/Interview.
