Applications are invited from suitable candidates for following vacant post in FEB&GIF against Benevolent Fund Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad for initial contract period of two years (extendable on satisfactory performance on mutually agreed terms and conditions). Candidates fulfilling the following criteria including experience of high rise building i.e. 07 storey and above (as per existing / prevailing building code of Pakistan) may apply. Salary Package:
On fixed salary as per market commensurating with qualification and experience.
Type of Employment: Contract Basis (02 Years, Extendable)
Qualification & Experience:
University degree in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University in first Division.
Minimum 15 years relevant experience in construction of high rise projects.
Must have sound knowledge of Construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
Proficient in MS Project, Word and Excel.
Excellent Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills. Certified PMP will be preferred.
Professional Engineer degree recognized by PEC. Degree in Project Management / Engineering Management and knowledge of Prima vera would be an added advantage.
