At-least 16 years of education (with first division) in Computer Science/IT (Software) or in the relevant field from HEC recognized university/institution with 3 years post qualification ERP functional & technical experience in an HEC recognized University/DAI or Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organization or in a reputed national/international organization.

General Instructions / Other Terms and Conditions
1. Applicants are required to apply online through job portal on apply.imsciences.edu.pk.
2. The hard copy of the online application form along with the updated CV, duly attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, Academic Distinction Certificates (Gold medal, if any), three Passport size photographs and with a challan form/payment deposit slip (non-refundable Rs. 6,000/- for serial No. 1, Rs. 5,000/- for serial No. 2, Rs. 4,000 for serial No.3,4,5, &Rs. 1,500/- for serial No. 6) shall reach the Registrar/Establishment Section of the Institute in sealed envelope (with the position applied for clearly mentioned on the envelope) on or before Monday, April 28, 2025, at the address given below.
3. In addition to the documents listed above, applicants for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor must also submit detail of research publications in HEC-recognized journals, as well as completed research projects where they served as Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) or equivalent along with documentary evidence.
4. Candidates applying for the post at serial No. 1 are required to submit three (03) sets of documents.
5. For faculty positions a candidate must not have 3rd division throughout his/her academic career.
6. Other parameters communicated by the HEC from time to time will also be considered for faculty appointments.
7. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalent certificate from HEC.
8. The candidate serving in government, semi government and autonomous institution must apply through proper channel.
9. The information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final, subsequent claims of Academic Qualification, Experience, Research Publications, Research Projects and Academic Distinction Certificates earlier not given in online application form, shall not be accepted.
10. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit a separate application for each position, including all required documents and a separate fee challan, which must be uploaded with the corresponding application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and/ or interview. Incomplete application and/ or received after due date will not be considered. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
