Qualification:
First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no third division in the academic career. Condition of no third division shall not be applicable in the academic qualification provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one third division in entire academic career.

General Instructions/Terms and Conditions:
1. Desirous candidates may apply through online job portal available on University of Malakand Website (http://cms.uom.edu.pk/user/loginpage);
2. The administrative positions at S.No. 08 to 09 shall be filled from eligible candidates having domicile of any district of Malakand Division and the positions at S.No. 10 to 14 shall be filled from eligible candidates having domicile of District Dir Lower, District Malakand & District Bajaur. In case there is no eligible candidate available within the territorial jurisdiction, candidates from adjoining places may be considered (subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria).
3. The candidates are required to deposit application processing of Rs. 5000/- for the positions of Assistant Professor, Rs. 4000/- for the position of Lecturer, Rs. 3000/- for the administrative positions at S.No 01 to 06, Rs. 2000/- for the Positions at S.No. 07 & 08, Rs. 1500/- for the positions at 09, Rs. 700/- for the positions at S. No.10 and Rs. 350/- for the positions at S.No. 11 to 14 (non-refundable) on prescribed challan generated through CMS.
4. Last date for online apply is April 28, 2025.
5. Incomplete application or application without uploading required documents shall be considered as cancelled.
6. Documents/information/certificates not claimed in the application form shall not be entertained at any stage of the recruitment process.
7. After online apply, the candidates are required to submit original bank deposit slip, printed copy of the application along with attested copies of all documents and two recent attested passport size photographs to Meetings Section, Office of the Registrar till May 08, 2025, otherwise the online application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled without any intimation.
8. Candidates applying to more than one position shall have to submit a separate application along with an application processing fee.
9. Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organizations/Institutions will have to provide NOC from their respective employer along with the printed application form otherwise such application shall not be entertained and shall stand as cancelled without any intimation.
10. The candidates having a foreign degree/certificate will have to provide equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC, as the case may be.
11. The salary package shall be admissible as per the approved PC-1 of the project.
12. The applicants are advised to keep visiting the University website for information/updates regarding test, scrutiny, The applicants demonstration and interview. Further, correspondence with the applicants will be made through cell number or email address or through postal address vide letters.
13. All the applicants will be allowed provisionally for the test including applicants for the post of Assistant Professor to be conducted by ETEA (where applicable) while eligibility for the post applied will be determined after scrutiny of the documents of only those candidates who have passed the written/screening test.
14. The University will not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of SMS, call, email, letters etc. for test or interview etc (if any) and the matter should be settled with the post office, courier service or Testing Agency as the case may be.
15. The degree obtained under Semester System with CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 OR the degree obtained only under annual system with 60% marks shall be considered as first-class degree.
16.05% (Minority) & 2% (PWD) quota will be observed as per rules and apply shall be made as per the requirement of the specific quota.
17. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
18. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or to cancel them without showing any reason.
19. Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the University as per the rules.
20. Age limit shall be from 18 to 45 years.
