The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions: 

Unit Head - IT Process Automation (AVP/VP) 

Reporting to:  Wing Head-IT Services & Enablement

Educational/ Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/ institute recognized by the HEC

Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience:

Minimum 06 years of experience in Software Development, out of which minimum 03 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation

Other Skills/Expertise /Knowledge Required:

Extensive experience in RPA development and implementation.

Ability to manage and scale automation teams and initiatives.

Strong understanding of automation frameworks, Al/ML integrations, and process mapping

Proven track record of driving large-scale automation projects from strategy through execution

Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to engage at all levels of the organization

Expertise in process analysis and re-designing to ensure automation solutions are effective and scalable

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To lead and manage the RPA and automation strategy across the organization, aligning with business goals and objectives

To oversee the end-to-end implementation of projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization To build and manage a high-performing team of developers and Team Leads

To drive process automation initiatives beyond automation, including Al, ML, and other automation tools

To collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and develop a clear roadmap

To set best practices and governance for development, implementation, and maintenance

To ensure scalability, security, and performance of automated processes

To develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for automation initiatives and ensure value delivery

To stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry trends to guide the evolution of the automation strategy

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors


Team Lead-Robotic Process Automation (OG-I/AVP) 

Reporting to: Unit Head-IT Process Automation

Educational/ Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/ institute recognized by the HEC

Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred.

Experience: 

Minimum 04 years of experience in Software Development, out of which minimum 02 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation

Other Skills/Expertise /Knowledge Required:

Extensive expertise related to Robotic Process Automation development

Excellent programming skills

Strong leadership skills with experience of managing and mentoring a development team

Solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation lifecycle, process mapping, and automation best practices

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize RPA solutions

Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical

Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To lead and manage a team of RPA developers to deliver end-to-end automation solutions

To collaborate with business leaders and process owners to identity automation opportunities and design RPA strategies

To oversee the development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots using RPA tools

To ensure the quality, scalability, and efficiency of RPA solutions through best practices and code reviews

To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in RPA bots in production environment

To provide mentorship, coaching, and technical support to junior developers in the team

To develop and maintain RPA documentation, including process flows. design specifications, and best practices

To manage project timelines, deliverables, and communicate progress with stakeholders

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors)


Team Lead-Front-Office Applications Operations (OG-I/AVP)

Reporting to: Unit Head-Front-Office Applications Operations

Educational/ Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/ institute recognized by the HEC

Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience:

Minimum 04 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 02 years of experience in IT Applications' support and operations, preferably in bank

Other Skills/Expertise /Knowledge Required

Expertise in providing 1st level technical and operational support of IT applications) at multiple platforms, especially in Banking applications Expertise in providing operational and technical support for applications of compliance / trade treasury/reconciliation / remittances ADC Name screening / Customer transactions monitoring in banking/financial sector

Good expertise in analyzing issues of EOD / Batch Processes/File ingestion etc. and on other IT-operational activities

Ability to read applications legs for troubleshooting and identification of root cause of business application issues

Good expertise in providing technical & operational support to business end-users

Ability to understand and write SQL scripts for data extractions and updation

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with the team(s)

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To provide seamless operational support and execute associated operational tasks for Front-Office Applications & Interfaces while working closely under IT operations policies and SOPs

To coordinate with all stakeholders in pre & post implementation processes of new applications

To liaise with vendors for application related operational/technical • To maintain and provide regular updates on all issues and incidents

along with their resolutions and ensuring efficient investigation and resolution of incidents

To proactively coordinate with all stakeholders to collect data or requirements based on IS Audit observations and ensure compliance with Audits

To provide support in creating user manuals and SOPs for Front-Office applications & Interfaces related to operational tasks, assignments and duties

To participate in projects and Change Requests (CRs) initiated by the Project Management team, as and when required

To liaise with relevant stakeholders to integrate IT policies and procedures

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)


IT Application Support Officer (OG-III/OG-II) 

Reporting to: Team Lead-IT Applications Support

Educational/ Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and / or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/ institute recognized by the HEC. 

Candidates having relevant certification(s) will be preferred

Experience: 

Minimum 02 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Applications support for IT applications, preferably in bank

Other Skills/Expertise /Knowledge Required

Knowledge in providing 1st level technical support of IT application(s) at multiple platforms, especially in banking applications

Knowledge in compliance/trade/treasury/reconciliation/ remittances/ ADC / Name screening/Customer transactions monitoring applications technical support in banking/financial sector

Good expertise in analyzing issues of EOD / Batch Processes/File Ingestion etc, and on other IT applications activities

Ability to work in rotational shifts to provide application support • Ability to read applications logs for troubleshooting and identification of root cause of business applications issues

To collaborate with all stakeholders in pre & post processes of new applications implementations, including UAT processes, applications log analysis for troubleshooting of applications issues To liaise with vendors) for applications related operational/technical

To provide regular updates on all issues/incidents along with their resolutions, ensuring efficient investigation and resolution of incidents To p proactively coordinate with all stakeholders for collecting data or requirements based on IS Audit observations and ensure compliance with Audits

To provide support in creating user manuals and SOPs for applications and interfaces related to operational tasks, assignments and duties • To provide direct support to end users and serve as a liaison between internal and external teams

To liaise with relevant stakeholders to integrate IT operations policies and procedures within the Bank

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors)

Assessment Test/ Interview(s)

Employment Туре

The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's policy/rules.
