A Development Sector Organization, for its office in Islamabad, is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position listed below. Required qualification and job responsibilities are as follows;


Accounts Officer

Age Limit : 35 Years Max

Qualification:

B. Com/Bachelors/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

Experience:

At least 05 years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in the development sector. Competencies & Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong understanding of local taxation laws and regulatory compliance.

Audit experience will be an added advantage

Strong organizational and

multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities: 

Incorporate financial records in Accounting Software.

Handle checks, petty cash, and monthly reconciliations. Maintain financial documentation and support budget reporting.

Process payroll and ensure tax, EOBI, and provident fund compliance.

Upload tax data to FBR and coordinate with tax consultants. Support internal/external audits and financial statement preparation.

Organize and archive financial records as per policy.

Coordinate with HR, banks, and vendors on finance-related matters.
