Reliance Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Relations to drive strategic partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and lead high-impact business initiatives, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, stakeholder engagement and leadership. 

Head of Business Relations

Location: Islamabad & Karachi

Qualification: 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).

Experience: 
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles involving business growth, strategic initiatives, or organizational change management.

Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective client engagement, negotiation, and documentation.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that enhance existing partnerships and establish new opportunities with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with senior leadership and align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Expertise in managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of business relationships, ensuring long-term success and mutual growth.
Strong financial knowledge of business, including bank guarantees and financial trading
terms.
In-depth knowledge of government procurement rules and compliance regulations. Ability to read, analyze, and delegate RFPs within the team efficiently.
Willingness to travel within and outside Pakistan as required.
Flexible working hours closer to submission deadlines.
Essential communication, team collaboration, and presentation skills.
