SECP, the apex regulator of capital markets and corporate sector of Pakistan requires the services of qualified, result oriented, energetic and enthusiastic professional having impeccable integrity and exceptional analytical skills for the following Islamabad-based contractual position in its Mergers & Restructuring Department on open merit:
Director - Mergers & Restructuring Department

Age:
Maximum age should not exceed 50 years on the last date of submission of application.
Nature of Employment:
Contract (03 years) extendable on need and performance basis. The Commission may consider to regularize the position (after three years) subject to meeting the criteria prescribed for this purpose.
Masters/ Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from HEC recognized reputable University / Institute or Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA
Post Qualification Experience
At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in related field. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of managing financial/legal transactions of Merger/ Restructuring is preferable.
Note: In case of qualified Chartered Accountant, CA Article ship will be considered as part of requisite experience for the above-mentioned position.
