The Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department invites applications from dynamic and result oriented individuals for a position of "Project Director" for execution of PSDP funded schemes under the "Chief Minister's Package for Quetta Development (CMPQD)/Chief Minister's Package for Dera Bugti Development". The Position will be filled purely on contract basis.

Project Director

Age limits: Min 35 years and Max 62 Years 

Domicile: Balochistan

Qualification: 

Minimum 16 Years of Education with specialization in the relevant field (Civil Engineering having registration with PEC). 

Experience: 

Minimum 10 years of experience in:

Project management, master planning, urban planning, urban infrastructure (Road & Drainage).

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, and to the required quality standards.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
 
Technical Skills/Knowledge

Strong knowledge of topographic surveys, road design, construction, and maintenance practices.

Expertise in drainage system design, including storm water management and flood control.

Expertise in drainage system design, including storm water management and flood control.

Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). computer-aided design (CAD), Civil 3D, 12D and software for hydrology and urban planning designs.

Note: 

In service candidates must apply through proper channel and must obtain NOC from their concerned department by the due date otherwise their applications will not be entertained. The candidates will be called for interview after shortlisting. 

No TA/DA will be allowed. Preference will be given to the candidates having local /domicile of Balochistan. 

Only short-listed candidates according to the qualification and experience shall be called for Interview.
