Applications are invited from the eligible candidates by Project Director/Replacement of AC Plants, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Empress Road Lahore to fill up the following vacancies on the contract basis under Project Pay Scale (PPS) for period of one year further extendable on yearly basis if so required: -
Electrical Technician/ Mistry Wireman
Scale: PPS-4 (Equivalent to BS-12)
No of Positions: 02
Age Limit: 35 years and Relaxation by 05 years
Qualification & Experience:
One / Two Years (02/01) Diploma in Electrical / Refrigerator from any recognized Institute of Technical Education affiliated / registered with relevant Board of Technical Education in Second Division, having experience of 05 years' in Install, repair and HVAC units in reputed organization /Government Organization in Pakistan or abroad.
Mechanical Technician/ Skilled Fitter
No of Positions: 02
Age Limit: 30 years and Relaxation by 05 years
Qualification & Experience:
One / Two Years (02/01) Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Technology from any recognized Institute of Technical Education affiliated/registered with relevant Board of Technical Education in Second Division, having experience of 03 years in Electrical/Electronic works.
Mechanical Technician/ Skilled Welder
No of Positions: 03
Age Limit: 30 years and Relaxation by 05 years
Qualification & Experience:
One Year Diploma in Welding Engineer from any recognized Institute of Technical Education affiliated/registered with relevant Board of Technical Education in Second Division, having experience of 03 years in welding of Electrical & Gas in reputed organization / Government Organization in Pakistan or abroad.
Unskilled Worker/Electric Muawan
No of Positions: 10
Age Limit: 35 years and Relaxation by 05 years

Procurement Specialist
No of Positions: 01
Age Limit: 40 years and Relaxation by 05 years
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate, having experience of 05 years' work in relevant field (PSDP Project, IPAS System Portal of Planning Commission.
Communication Expert/ Document Controller
No of Positions: 01
Age Limit: 35 years and Relaxation by 05 years
Qualification & Experience:
FA/FSC/ICS/I.COM, well versed with latest version of Windows & MS Office with 06 month certificate from reputed Institute. Typing Speed 35WPM.
To maintain the office record of the project and other official work.
General Information
i. The posts are completely on contract basis for a period of One year which could be considered for extension on satisfactory performance during the initial period and maximum up to the completion of the project.
ii. Only those experience(s) will be consider which are obtained after the required qualification mentioned against each position.
iii. Incomplete/late received applications shall not be considered.
iv. Age relaxation is already included in maximum age required against each position.
v. Salary will be admissible as per standard pay package issued by Finance Division.
vi. Interested candidates strictly meet the criteria should apply to the office of the Chief Electrical Engineer / Project Director/Replacement of AC Plants, Pakistan Railways, Head Quarters Office Lahore, latest by 31.05.2025 along with CV/Resume attested copies of all testimonials i-e educational, experience certificates, recent photograph, domicile and CNIC.
vii. Incomplete applications, by hand applications and applications received after due date will not be entertained.
viii. The candidate serving in Government, Semi Government or Autonomous institutions should route their applications through proper channel.
