Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having requisite education, experience, quota and age to fill the following posts on contract basis for one year (extendable for another year, if required) in Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/ Garrisons)/ Ministry of Defence:-
Secondary School Teacher (SST)
Scale: BS-17
No of Positions: 300 (Male: 150, Female: 150)
Age Limit: 22-30 + 05 Years general age relaxation in upper age limit.
Minimum Qualification:
SST: Second Class or Grade 'C' Master's Degree (16 Years' Education) from a university recognized by HEC with B.Ed or equivalent Professional Qualification from a university recognized by HEC
M.A (EPM) from a university recognized by HEC.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Scale: BS-16
No of Positions: 400 (Male: 200, Female: 200)
Age Limit: 22-28 + 05 Years general age relaxation in upper age limit.
Minimum Qualification:
Second Class or Grade 'C' Bachelor Degree (14 Years' Education) in the relevant subject from a university recognized by HEC with B.Ed or equivalent Professional Qualification from a university recognized by HEC
4. Age and Qualification will be determined on closing date of the Advertisement.
5.AGE RELAXATION. The maximum age limit may be relaxed to the extent as mentioned below. However, where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, he/she shall be allowed age relaxation only in one category:-
a. By 3 years in case of Candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Sindh Rural and Balochistan.
b. By 10 years in case of Government Servants who have completed 2 years continuous Govt service on the closing date of applications.
c. By 10 Years in case of Person with Disability.
d. By 15 years in case of Candidate is Released or Retired Officers/ Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan (whichever is less).
e. By 5 years in case of Widow/ Widower or Son/ Daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service (On or after 01-07-2005). Departmental Office Order/ Notification of death must be provided at the time of Interview.
6. PLACE OF POSTING: The selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
7. REGISTRATION PROCESS
a. Eligible candidates shall apply online on our website https://induction2025.fgei.gov.pk (No Hard Copy will be entertained)
b. Candidates must upload valid/ required documents before SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS.
c. Last date for online registration is 19 MAY 2025.
d. Based on scrutiny of applications, shortlisted candidates will be called for written test. Written test will be conducted at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta. Intimation about the venue, date and time of written test shall be communicated through our website / Induction Portal.
e. Candidates must download roll number slip from their log-in account and bring it to the test centre.
8. INTERVIEW/SELECTION PROCESS
a. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview on the basis of test result. Intimation about the venue, date and time of interview shall be communicated through letters.
b. Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents (including academic certificates) at time of interview.
c. Govt servants must produce fresh No Objection Certificate from their department at the time of interview.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
a. Dismissed/removed employees of any organization or having criminal record are ineligible.
b. Permanent Employees of Federal and Provincial Government are not eligible to apply.
c. FGEI (C/G) Dte shall rely on information provided by candidates. In case, any of the documents is found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the particular candidate will stand cancelled.
d. No request for change of test/ interview centre will be entertained after closing date of registration.
e. The selected candidates must render affidavit on stamp paper that they will not file any appeal for regularization in any court of law.
f. No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and Interview.
