Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager
Qualification & Experience
Minimum BE Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) - Candidates not having BE but having relevant Professional Education (Undergraduate/Master Degree) are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants with professional certifications/trainings on ILS as well as requisite software knowledge will be preferred.
Knowledgeable in the use of following software for the purpose of analysis:-
- Reliability Software.
- Life Cycle Cost Software.
- Relex/EDCAS/EAGLE.
- MS Office complete suite.
- Illustrating Software (Creo / Adobe Illustrator).
- Preferably Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Qualification Engineer/ Manager (QAQM)
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum B.E Mechanical / Materials Engineering (Master's Degree holders will be given preference).
3-4 years in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Candidates with relevant Professional Inspection & Testing Courses will be preferred. (4) Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
Proficiency in CAD, FEA software.
Adequate knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Certification in quality control, such as Certified Quality Engineer (COE).
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
Familiarity with mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly and Testing / Qualification processes.
Material Failure Analysis and know-how of interpreting Materials Microstructures.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with Material / Component both Destructive and Non-Destructive Techniques for details analysis, Inspection and characterization.
Hands on experience with preparing and Interpreting (already made) international standard Quality/Inspection Reports of Engineering Materials / Components / Assemblies / Sub- Assemblies.
Information Technology (IT) Manager
Qualification & Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
Proficient in managing enterprise hardware infrastructure and large-scale networks.
Hands-on experience with server management, data centers, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with network security practices and cybersecurity frameworks for large organizations.
Exposure to industrial/manufacturing IT setups and multi-site operations.
Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills.
Solid understanding of ERP system operations and support.
Experience with storage systems, disaster recovery, and system backups.
Understanding of IT governance, policy development, and compliance practices.
Vendor and contractor coordination for procurement and support.
Project management experience in deploying or upgrading IT systems.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or an equivalent qualification in a closely related field.
Industry-recognized certifications in Networking, System Administration, and cybersecurity domains are mandatory.
Electronics Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum B.E/B.S Electronics Engineering (preferable Master in relevant field).
3-4 years of experience in electronics industry.
Familiarity with electronic circuits / components such as micro controllers & FPGAs development tools and execution methodologies.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team work skills.
Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies and electronic industries trend.
Capability to create a working model of electronics system and ensuring functionality through design verification in terms of components, sub-assemblies / assemblies in integrated system.

If, at any later stage, the claimed qualifications or information don't get matched / verified with what the candidate has written in his application form, the candidate will be held responsible for false information and his/her services will be terminated with immediate effect with refunding of the finances by the candidate to the organization (already paid by the firm to that candidate till the date).
