Qualification:

PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Computing and its related domain with at least 20 years of relevant work experience is required. At least five years at a senior management level in IT industry/systems is mandatory.

Desirable:

A successful track record of leading digital transformation in a large-scale organization, particularly w.r.t. deployment of digital technologies to improve governance, efficiency and transparency. In-depth understanding of emerging technologies in education, research, administration, cybersecurity, clouds and Al applications shall be considered as merit. Experience of leadership at large organization and work with a variety of stakeholders at national and international level will be assigned preference. "Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the required qualification. Application Process:
