Data Entry Operator
Scale: BS-14
Age Limit: 18-28 years

Eligibility Criteria & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
One year Diploma in Computer IT
Experience working on Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Ability to multitask
Excellent writing and speaking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to transfer paper format and code into computer format
Ability to type in Urdu language
Importance of using Internet and email
Proficiency in using anti-virus to protect data
Junior Assistant Intermediate

Instructions:
All candidates bound for North in any part of the province who wish to apply for the posts of 11-BS to 14-BS, may apply through the Online Recruitment System (ORS) of ECP. However, it is also mandatory for these candidates to send their signed application, along with copies of all required documents, by courier, to the following address: PO Box No 7200 GPO Saddar, Karachi. The last date for submission of application should reach by 15th June 2025.

All candidates who wish to apply for the posts of 02-BS to 09-BS, may only send the application form along with the copies of all required documents through courier 7200 .GPO.P.O. Box No. Saddar, Karachi by 15th June 2025.
The hard copy of the completed and signed application form (obtained from the web portal automatically online) along with all the required educational and experience certificates, required diplomas, CNIC, Domicile, NOV (if applicable), and a recent passport size photograph must be sent by courier to 7200 .GPO P.O.Box No. Saddar, Karachi.
The name of the post for which application is being made must be clearly mentioned on the envelope. The last date of receipt of application is 15th June 2025.
Candidates are required to send the online application form automatically generated from the web portal as a cover note, along with all the required documents to 7200 .GPO, P.O.Box No. Saddar, Karachi.
Online Application for Posts from 11-BS to 14-BS In case of refusal, the application of the candidate will not be considered.
Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post, they will have to apply separately for each post.
vii Incomplete or partially filled application forms will not be accepted.
vii Relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will also be admissible under the Civil Posts (Including Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993. ix. As per the instructions of the government, quota for women, minorities and disabled persons will be implemented. Candidates applying for the post of Driver and Patch Rider of Dara Staff should attach a copy of their Motor Driving License with the application form.
Those already in government service should send their application through the authorized local body.
The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in the province.
Junior Assistant (13-BS) and Sub Assistant (11-BS) It is mandatory to have a 03 week basic IT course certificate approved and affiliated by the government for the posts.
No candidate will be given TADA for appearing in the test interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test interview.
The concerned authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process of the advertised posts in whole or in part without assigning any reason.
The last date for submission of applications (online and through hard copy) is 15th June 2025.
Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
