Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following roles:
Junior Management Position - Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Age Limit: Max 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
Familiarity with key ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, SDGs, CDP) Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams
Passion for sustainability and responsible business practices
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, verifying, and analyzing ESG-related data across business units
Contribute to the preparation of sustainability disclosures (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC)
• Support development of internal ESG dashboards and metrics tracking
Support stakeholder engagement exercises, including surveys, interviews, and workshops
• Assist in materiality assessments and periodic ESG strategy updates
• Support ESG-related initiatives such as carbon footprint reduction and supply chain sustainability etc Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ESG project implementation
Track project timelines and assist with reporting on ESG initiative progress
• Develop ESG leadership across organization through capacity building and improving awareness
Junior Management Position - SAP Support
Age Limit: Max 33 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
SAP Configuration
Developing and using Collaborative Cross Functional relationships across business functions and IT departments to accomplish objectives
Preferable SAP Certification
Experience in various SAP modules is a distinct advantage
Strong relationship building skills to coordinate with other departments and vendors
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and resolving routine user queries, troubleshooting and providing timely support for correct posting of documents
Creation and managing of Tax rules/law to fulfil financial obligation to the Govt. Authorities in SAP Provision of SAP Support pertaining to Revenue Budgeting for timely resolution of quarries
Providing training of SAP modules to concerned business users where applicable and developing training manuals to increase SAP awareness in SAP users
• SAP support in implementation of SAP controls as per Business User requirement to reduce mistakes and correct business reporting
Middle / Junior Management Position - SAP Developer
Age Limit: Max 40 years of age as of last date of submission of application
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements:
Experience as an SAP Developer or similar role. Experience with ABAP development and FIORI app development
Experience with developing SMART Forms and SAP scripts
Experience with Web Service development (provider and consumer roles)
Experience with SAP workflow development
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills along with interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Developing new ABAP reports, designing new screens, implementing user exits, custom enhancements, modifications and related tasks on the recommendation of SAP functional expert
Receiving and resolving routine user queries, troubleshooting and providing timely support to users, documenting their resolution, and testing conducted towards resolving the matter
Coordinating with Functional experts to debug programs, reports and developing new uploads, reports and applications as per user requirements and integration of applications
Implementing new functionality not available in standard SAP system on business requirements Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing Communication with SAP Basis team for transporting their requests from DEV to QA or QA to PRD system SAP Technical experts will be required to keep track of their activities by documenting the user issues, their status, and their resolutions, and issuing logs for review to Sr. Manager SAP Support
SAP Technical staff may act as SAP Functional personnel if they possess desired experience and expertise and they are asked to do so by their supervisor
