SITUATIONS VACANT
Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up following vacant posts of Cantt Engineer Civil (BS-17), Cantt Engineer (Electrical) (BS-17) and Cantt Overseer Civil (BS-14), at various Cantonment Boards under Pakistan Cantonment Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended)
Cantt Engineer (Civil)
Scale: BS-17
No of Positions: 10
Qualifications:
BSC Eng/BE with min Grade-C from any university recognized by HEC
Registration with PEC
Qualifying Departmental Entrance Test and Interview
Candidates having 03 years relevant experience shall be preferred
Cantt Engineer (Electrical)
Scale: BS-17
No of Positions: 02
Qualifications:
BSc Eng/BE with min Grade-C from any university recognized by HEC
Registration with PEC
Qualifying Departmental Entrance Test and Interview
Candidates having 03 years relevant experience shall be preferred
Cantt Overseer (Civil)
Scale: BS-14
No of Positions: 15
Qualifications:
03 years Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent with min Grade-C from any institute recognized by Board of Technical Education
OR
B.Tech/AMIE or equivalent with min Grade-C from recognized institute
OR
BE/BSc or equivalent with min Grade-C in relevant field of Engineering from any university recognized by HEC
Qualifying Departmental Entrance Test & Interview
Candidates having 03 years relevant experience shall be preferred
Terms & Conditions:
1. Appointments will be made according to Pakistan Cantonment Servants Rules, 1954 (as amended).
2. Appointments for the above-mentioned posts are transferable throughout Pakistan.
3. All vacancies are on regular basis and selected candidates will be on probation Period of one year under the rules.
4. Male and female both are eligible to apply.
5. Candidates already in Government service shall apply through proper channel.
6. Applications should be submitted through career portal at careers.mlc.gov.pk within 15 days after the publication of the advertisement.
7. Instructions regarding how to apply can also be downloaded from careers.mlc.gov.pk.
8. Applications submitted after the last date will not be entertained.
9. Upper age shall be calculated from the closing date of application, relaxation in Upper age limit will be allowed as admissible under the Rules. 10. Candidates having experience in the relevant field shall be preferred.
11. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for test and interview.
12. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/interview.
13. Military Lands and Cantonments Deptt. Ministry of Defence reserve the right to postpone or cancel the process of appointment for any or all advertised posts, at any stage without assigning reasons.
