Assistant Director (Database Security)
Age Limit: 37 years
Qualification:
At least 2 years post qualification experience in a reputable organization, in either Information Security Deptt, Information Technology Dept, Database Administration or Network Device Administration.
Certification / Badge in any IBM Security product or equivalent shall be preferred.
Information Security Certifications such as CySA+, Data+, or equivalent shall be preferred.
Experience:

Installation, configuration and setup Guardium appliances for database activity monitoring and protection.
Installation of Guardium agents on database servers with necessary configurations for collection of logs.
Timely patching of Guardium appliances and renewal of li-cense.
Monitor and evaluate database incidents through IBM Guardium data monitoring and protection tool.
Perform data discovery and classification with all stake-holders in order to prioritize implementation of security solution.
Monitor and audit all database activity including privileged user activity.
Monitor and analyze all database risks by performing data analytics of existing logs.
Analytical aptitude, and knack for details.
Troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Communications skills including technical writing, and general correspondence.
Inquisitive to learn new technologies, processes, and collaborate with other teams.
Knowledge of scripting, automation of robotic processes / report is expected.
Assistant Director (Security Operations Center - L2)
Age Limit: 37 Years
Qualification:
Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Cyber Security/ Information Security or equivalent
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
Experience:
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience of Information Security in a reputable organization, international standard qualification is highly desirable.
At least 1 year experience in SOC operation/ Analysis is preferred.
Hands on experience of any SIEM tools (e.g., Elastic Security, QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight).
Familiarity with endpoint protection, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and malware analysis.
Certification in CompTIA Security+, CySA+, EC-Council CEH will be preferred.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts and escalations from SOC L1.
Conduct deeper investigation of security events using various tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, XDR, firewall, and threat intel platforms).
Perform triage, initial incident classification, and escalation to L3 or IR teams when needed.
Assist in containment, eradication, and recovery during incidents.
Create and tune SIEM rules, correlation searches and use cases.
Perform threat hunting and proactive analysis of anomalies and patterns.
Work with other teams (IT, network, applications) during incident investigations.
Maintain detailed documentation and incident reports.
Stay up to date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities and attack vectors.

1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
