Director (IT)

Qualification:
MS/M.Phil degree or equivalent degree in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering/IT/ Software Engineering or related from a reputed HEC recognized local or foreign Institution.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience of Software development lifecycle including requirement 40+5=45 analysis, coordinating with development team years implementation and training of related staff.
Designing and implementing IT/Networking Infrastructure, Cloud Computing and allied services like VM Technology, Hosting, Email Servers etc. Procurement of Equipment (under PPRA Rules)
Research Associate

Qualification:
Doctorate/M.Phil/1st class Master's Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, Governance, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, Statistics, Sociology, International Relations and other 40+5=45 Lahore 04 relevant subjects of Social Sciences from HEC recognized institution (for Health MBBS with post graduate degree in Public Health and for Education MA / M.ed will be preferred)
Experience:
04 years professional/ Research/ Training/Teaching experience in recognized teaching/research institution.
Senior Research Associate
Scale: BS-18

Qualification:
Master's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any other Social Science.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in allied fields in public or private organizations of an acceptable standard. For holders of years PhD degree experience requirement may be relaxed by the Appointing Authority.
Deputy Director (IT)
Scale: BS-18

Qualification:
Second class or "C" Grade Master's degree or equivalent from recognized University in one of the following subjects:- Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics/Physics/ Economics.
Or
Second class Bachelor's degree in Engineering with:-
1) 5 years experience in the field of Computer Programming in two high level languages.
2) Training in Systems Analysis.

Qualification:
MSc/MCS/BCS/BCSE Computer Science from HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
5 years practical experience in the relevant field in public years or corporate sector.
Following relaxations in upper age limit will be admissible to the following category of the candidates:
(a) 03 Years age relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes. Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas for all posts under the Federal Government
(b) Candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for post in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government
(c) 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan whichever is less for released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
(d) 10 years upto the age of 55 years for Government Servant and contract employee who have completed years actually served 02 years continuous government service on the closing date for receipt of application. in the Pakistan Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
(e) 10 years for Disable persons for appointment to post in BPS-15 and below.
(f) 5 years for Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who die during service.
Note: Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one categories specified above, he shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Separate application should be given by the candidate desirous to apply against more than one positions/post. Joint application for two or more positions will be treated as cancelled.
Exact Scale of the subject post will be offered by the interview panel to the successful candidate based on the level of experience and qualification of the candidate.
