Rupali Group, Pakistan's Premier Polyester Filament Yarn and Staple Fiber producer requires the services of talented and result-oriented professionals for the following positions:
Manager (HR)
Qualification & Experience:
MBA (HR)/Law Graduate with 8 to 10 years experience as Manager (HR). Must possess good knowledge of Labor Laws with ability to deal with Government organization like PESSI, EOBI, Labor welfare etc. He should be familiar with the office discipline and compliance to the Owners. Capability to appear in Labor courts, Labor Appellant Tribunal will be considered as an additional qualification.
Assistant Manager (Coordination)
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 3-5 years' experience in Coordination/Admin department. Having the capability of managing all the affairs of coordination/Admin department e.g Fleet Management, Housekeeping, Repair & maintenance of building and fixture, Generator maintenance, Petty cash handling & Traveling arrangements.
