Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established by Government of the Punjab through enactment of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024, as an autonomous body under the S&GAD, with an aim to streamline enforcement and regulatory functions, across Punjab.
PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated and competent professionals for the following positions, on contract basis. for the period of 03 years (extendable on satisfactory performance):
Prosecutor
No of Positions: 154 (53 positions already advertised)
Domicile: Punjab
Qualification:
Bachelors in Law (03 or 05 years) or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
Experience:
05-year practice as an advocate.
Pay Package:
SPPP-5+ any other benefit admissible as per PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.
Application Process:
:
1. Candidates who have already applied for Prosecutor Positions against IPL No. 1612, advertised on 30.04.2025, need not to apply again.
2. Interested candidates must first register themselves at Punjab Job Portal (https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/).
3. The candidates are advised to provide their complete educational information like Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, LLB (Hons) or other equivalent degrees otherwise the system-based validations may not allow them to proceed further for completion of online application process.
4. After creating the account, the candidate, through his/ her account, shall fill in the application form against the advertised jobs of PERA by submitting necessary information and required documents i.e. Photo, CNIC, Domicile, Certificates etc.
5. The candidates for positions shall pay Rs. 1,000/- through PayZen (1bill Service)* against the unique PSID generated by the portal, as application fee (within closing date).
*Process: Any Mobile Banking App > Payment Option > Payment Service > 1Bill Service > PSID> Payment.

Important Instructions:
1. General instructions and recruitment process shall be communicated to all candidates on their given Emails.
2. The candidates may consult PER Act, 2024, PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025 (for job description and other details) which are available on the PERA Website.
3. Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
6. Applicants presently serving in Government Departments, fulfilling the criteria, are required to apply through proper channel.
7. DG PERA reserves the right to increase or decrease number of posts, or terminate/abolish the recruitment process of any post or entire process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
