Financial Consultant
The University of Engineering and Technology requires the services of a Financial Consultant for Short Term under section 46 of PPRA rules 2014 (Amended) for its Accounts Branch. The Consultant will be responsible for deployment of Financial Management System, contributing to enhancement of Financial operations.
The consultant is required to advice on the following matters.
1. Liaison with vendor for digitalization/automation conversion of single entry to double entry accounting system of treasurer's office.
2. Supervision of data entry and oversee successful trial run of automation system.
3. A detailed study to workout each campus wise, department wise and cost center wise financial contribution/financial liability on university resources.
4. Preparation of job description of treasurer's office employees at each level to fix responsibility and performance measurement/evaluating.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
MBA (Finance) /F.C.M.A/F.C.A
Experience:
12 years relevant experience in public sector organizations, preferably in public sector university/HEL
