HITEC University invites applications from experienced and highly qualified professionals for the following posts:
Manager Administration
Key Responsibilities:
a. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the university's facilities and services.
b. Lead and supervise support staff, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task management.
c. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. d. Manage facilities maintenance, security, transportation, and event coordination.
e. Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with University regulations and external standards.
1. Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of University premises.
Requirements:
Master's or equivalent (16 years education) degree from HEC recognized University.
Proven 6 years post qualification experience in administrative management, preferably in Higher Education Institution.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in office management software and tools.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
Associate Professor (Biomedical Engineering)
Qualification:
PhD in the relevant field/area from HEC recognized university.
Master's & Bachelor's in relevant field.
Experience:
6 years post PhD experience OR
Total 10 years' experience with at least 4 years Post PhD experience
Have served at least 5 years as an Assistant Professor.
Publications:
10 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.
Assistant Professor (Biomedical Engineering)
Qualification:
PhD in the relevant field/area from HEC recognized university. Master's & Bachelor's in relevant filed.
Lecturer (Biomedical Engineering)
Qualification:
MS (18 years education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized university.
BS in the relevant field
Lab Engineer (Biomedical Engineering)
Qualification:
BS (16 years education) in the relevant field from HEC recognized university.
Lab Assistant (Biomedical Engineering)
Qualification:
DAE in relevant field.
Experience:
years post qualification relevant experience.
Personal Secretary to the Vice Chancellor
Qualification:
Master's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years post qualification relevant experience. (Should have previous experience of working in a secretariat/personal assistant role).
