System Administrator
Location: Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Department: IT
Qualification
A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 0365, CCNA, VMware certification will be preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Proficiency in VMware ESXi, vSphere, Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies like Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint is required. Experience with Cisco devices, storage arrays, backup systems, and databases is essential. Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution skills are needed. Knowledge of data center operations, cybersecurity best practices, and strong communication skills is important.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers, storage, backup systems, and VMware ESXi hosts. Troubleshoot and optimize virtual and physical machine performance, providing technical support for software, hardware, and network issues. Configure and maintain database servers, storage arrays, and Cisco devices. Support IT innovations, cybersecurity initiatives, and assist with helpdesk functions as needed.
Support Engineer
Location: Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Department: IT
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferred; CCNA, MCSA, 0365 certification will be preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
Proficiency in English with strong communication, interpersonal, and pressure-handling skills is required. Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting is essential. Knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, networking concepts, and LAN/WAN management is needed. Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and openness to new technologies and user support is important.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. Install and configure Windows, printers, and other applications while diagnosing hardware and software problems. Handle IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and assist users in registering issues via the "HalolTSM" portal. Maintain clear documentation, support hardware deployment innovations, and perform additional helpdesk tasks as needed.
Senior Service Delivery officer
Location: Reko Diq SITE-Balochistan
Department: IT
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferred; CCNA, 0365, ITIL certification will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English with strong communication, interpersonal, and pressure-handling skills is required. A solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure, with experience in system monitoring and resource analysis, is essential. Familiarity with ITSM practices and the ability to analyze and resolve technical problems is needed. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to manage multiple incidents and service requests, are important
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to RDMC users, assisting with troubleshooting, system queries, and technical issues. Monitor system capacity, identify bottlenecks, and assist with warranty transactions and maintaining the IT assets database. Investigate and resolve IT incidents, coordinating changes to systems to minimize disruption. Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks like ITIL, along with analytical skills for trend identification, training development, and managing incidents and service requests.
Scaffold Inspector
Location: Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Department: Construction & Maintenance
Qualification:
Minimum Scaffolding Inspector Diploma or Graduate with major in any discipline. Preferably International certifications like IIRSM, UKQAM, OSHAC, and Working at Heights certification are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Scaffold Inspector at field level, supervising of assembling and dismantling of scaffoldings OR Minimum 7 years of experience as scaffolder.
Experience:
Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice. They should possess excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities are required, along with basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
Ensure scaffolding on construction projects complies with standards, laws, and RDMC procedures. Inspect scaffolds for safety, structural integrity, and compliance, rejecting damaged or substandard materials. Advise on specialized scaffolds, calculate counterweights for heavy-duty suspended scaffolding, and guide safe work practices. Conduct daily inspections, final checks, and audits to ensure scaffold safety and contractor compliance.
Senior Buyer
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site - Balochistan
Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Qualification:
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in the mining or industrial sector. Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams. Committed to ethical sourcing, community engagement, and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities:
Lead site procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. Oversee the procurement cycle, implement process improvements, and manage a team of Buyers and Expeditors. Build relationships with stakeholders and local suppliers, conduct market research, and negotiate favorable vendor terms. Drive community engagement and support social responsibility goals.
