Jail Department Punjab invites applications for the vacant positions for Prison Management System from residents of Punjab till 10 April, 2025 till the completion of the project. Applications form can be downloaded from www.prisons.punjab.gov.pk free of cost. Details are as under: -

Data Entry Operator 

Salary: 35000/- per month

No of Positions: 20 (details mentioned in advertisement)

Age Limit: 18 - 30 Years

Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from recognized board with Minimum 6 months Diploma /Course in using Computer applications.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Relevant Experience  | Typing Speed: Minimum 40 wpm in English. Proficiency Test: Computer Proficiency / Computer application Test۔

Govt employees should send applications their respective institutions.

Applications with incomplete information / received after due date will not be entertained. 

Only those candidates who meet the required eligibility / criteria will be accepted. The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on website by 14 April, 2025 for typing speed test. 

Only the residents of cities (Lahore, Sialkot, Narowal, Rawalpindi, Attock, Gujrat, Jhelum, Chakwal, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Shuja abad & DG Khan) can apply. 

This is not a government job. Applicants will not have any right to claim their employment as regular. 

Candidates are to bring their original documents along while reporting for test / interview. 

Separate advertisement for interview will not be published. Their may be increase / decrease in the vacancies. 

TA/DA for test / interview is not admissible.
