Applications are invited to fill the positions of the PSDP funded Project "Prime Minister's Program for the Elimination of Hepatitis C Infection in Pakistan" under Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad for appointment on contract basis, July 2024 to June 2029, OR till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.
Project Director
No of Positions: 01
Scale: PPS-12/BPS-22
Age Limit: 45-55 Years
Qualification:
MBBS with Master's in Public Health or Social Sciences, duly recognized by the Higher Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. At least 15 years of post-qualification verifiable experience in Project management. Knowledge of Public Sector rules and regulations would be an added advantage. Experience in health-related projects will be given preference.
Project Manager
No of Positions: 01
Scale: PPS-10/BPS-20
Age Limit: 40-55 Years
Qualification:
MBBS with Master's in Public Health or Social Sciences or Project Management.
At least 10 years of post-qualification
experience in Project Management. Experience in health related projects will be given preference.
Procurement Manager/ Specialist
No of Positions: 01
Scale: PPS-09/BPS-19
Age Limit: 40-50 Years
Qualification:
BS Hons(Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management) with MBA in Finance or Procurement or Logistic & supply chain from top 10 universities ranked by HEC.
Management shall be accorded more weightage. At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management (of goods, works, and consulting services) of health-related projects will be given preference.
Knowledge and implementation experience of various international/national/subnational public procurement.
Hands on experience in conducting technical evaluation of bids, contract award and management for government and donor funded projects.
Training Officer
No of Positions: 02
Scale: PPS-8/BPS-18
Age Limit: 35-45 Years
Qualification:
MBBS with Master's in Public Health duly recognized by the Higher Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. At least 8 years of experience in event organizing/trainings health related.
Data Assistant
No of Positions: 02
Scale: PPS-7/BPS-17
Age Limit: 25-35 Years
Qualification:
BS Hons (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management) with MBA duly recognized by the Higher Commission (HEC) of Pakistan At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and data management. Preference will be given to those having experience in health-related projects
General Instructions / Information:
Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submission of applications.
Candidates already in Govt. Service should send their applications through proper channel.
Eligibility of candidate will be determined on the basis of academic qualification, experience, age etc.
Information provided in the application forms will be verified. In case of any false or forged information, M/O NHSR&C reserves the right to cancel the candidates at any stage (even after employment, if so revealed later) and to initiate a legal action against the applicant.
Incomplete applications, advance copy as well as received after due date shall not be entertained. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
NO TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
The Competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone recruitment process at any stage.
