National Database and Registration Authority, Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals as an individual consultant for a World Bank funded Project titled "KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA CITIZEN CENTERED SERVICE DELIVERY". The qualification and experience required for the post is as follows:

Procurement Specialist

No of Positions: 01

Qualification:
The candidate must have 16 Procurement years of education, Master Degree holder (Preferably MBA/MSc) or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience including 2 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Management under the World Bank funded Project/Programme.

Must have proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Project), Primavera, and any other related software.

Must have proficiency in STEP and World Bank Procurement Regulations.

Applicants already working in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.

Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate. 
Only short-listed applicants will be called for interview. The date & time of interview will be communicated through email/call/SMS by the department.

Complete Original documents will be produced at the time of interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for interview.
