Reliance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Head to lead and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring seamless execution and successful delivery. Location: Islamabad & Karachi

Qualification: 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field with a proven track record of successful project execution.

Skills:
Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in both the private and government sectors. 
Strong ability to draft and review proposals, technical reports, and business documents with clarity and precision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for client engagement, stakeholder management, and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
Ability to perform under pressure, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within and outside Pakistan as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Flexible working hours, particularly during project submission deadlines.
Minimum 4 years of experience dealing with government clients and international principals in responding to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Strong financial knowledge, including expertise in bank guarantees, financial trading terms, and budget management.
In-depth understanding of government procurement rules and compliance regulations.
Proven ability to manage project risks, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional teams.
