Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following position
Junior Management Position-Sales (South)
Age Limit: The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position. Requirements
This role requires a deep understanding of the chemicals industry, strong technical expertise, and compliance with regulatory standards
The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing industrial chemicals trade
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with key customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and supply chain partners
Conduct site visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs, provide technical product information, and offer solutions tailored to their operations
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with business clients
Provide clients with technical advice on chemical products, their applications, and safe handling. Stay up-to- date on regulatory compliance, chemical safety standards, and industry developments
Explore new business opportunities within the chemicals sector, including partnerships, distribution networks, and niche markets
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, market analyses, and reports for senior management
Monitor sales KPIs, such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition, and take corrective action when necessary
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for the chemicals sector in the assigned region Regularly assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Knowledge of the industrial chemicals trade, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and procurement strategies

Middle Management Position - Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Age Limit: The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in the fields of Environment and/or Electrical discipline, preferably, Master's in the aforementioned areas or Management Sciences from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end PSO's ESG data collection and conduct administrative oversight of the ESG Data, train new users, identify and implement enhancements to the platform
Collaborate closely with data owners in the other departments, facilities, regions and functions to establish robust data collection functionality and data verification/assurance capabilities
Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls, governance, and policies and procedures to ensure high integrity and auditable outputs
Perform analyses and create dashboards and reports for senior management, brands, regions and functions (performance vs. goals, progress tracking, scenario planning, etc.)
Prepare data, metrics, and qualitative information for use in responding to external ESG Ratings and Rankings organizations
Contribute to the annual data collection and verification process for PSO's ESG report
Report into the DGM ESG and manage a team of data analysts (direct and indirect reports)
Conduct and oversee energy audits, analyse consumption patterns and recommend efficiency improvements
Develop and enforce energy efficiency standards, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices Track energy performance, generate reports and provide insights for decision-making
Promote energy awareness, conduct trainings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Research and integrate advanced energy management solutions to optimize efficiency
