Secretary / Manager Operations DSF (Rawalpindi)
No of Positions: 01
Education:
Masters degree in business administration, public administration, development studies, public health or a member of a professional body equivalent to masters degree is acceptable.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operation management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight and program delivery within a reputable organization (preferable in not for profit organization or development sector) with Atleast 3 years of senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations to ensure effective support for program and organizational goals.
Oversee planning, budgeting and implementation of development projects in health, education and research.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of sector specific programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory and donor requirements ensuring strong governance practices.
Build networks and represent the organization in forums related to health education and development sector
Monitor program performance risks and reporting systems to inform strategic decision making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Admin & HR Officer (Rawalpindi)
No of Positions: 01
Education:
BBA / MBA in HR or Public Administration
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions. Experience with power BI Tableau or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks including record keeping, filing and correspondence.
Prepare analytical and performance reports.
Use data visualization tools e.g Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.
Manage and update social media platforms schedule content as needed.
Support daily office operations and assist senior management.
